Have trouble sleeping or trouble with feeling tired during the day? If so, use the code for Rejuvenation (BSL2) for an hour and then run the code for Restful Sleep (BSL1) for an hour before going to sleep for a few days and see what happens. If you notice, within the first few days, that it is working already you can stop running the codes. These two codes together should help you sleep peacefully so that you feel rejuvenated in the morning.

I used code BSL1 for Restful Sleep on myself and my mom and we both slept deeply last night. I think I ran it too long (about 2 hours) the night before because it was hard to get up the next morning. I would recommend running this one for maybe 30 minutes or less per night to start off and see how it feels.
